Our order process is simple.

Start by choosing between our 4 services.

CUSTOM INSTALL

We design and install your fully customizable balloon garlands for your event! Balloon Garlands, Balloon Arches, Rainbows, Columns and Balloon Walls are custom installs!

GRAB AND GO

We design and assemble your balloon garlands. Choose your colors, pick up time and location. You save on the balloons and have zero delivery fee! Comes with instructional video and everything you need to install balloons!

HELIUM BALLOONS

Jumbo Helium Balloons with tassels and custom helium bouquets all found here!

RENTALS

Check out our variety of backdrop rentals. Chiara backdrops, boxwood wall, shimmer wall and more! We also offer fully custom built to order backdrops!

You asked. We answered.

Once you have filled out inquiry form, we will call you for a consult. You can send us measurements and pictures of the spaces and we will make recommendations to custom fit your space!

We will return to pick up stands and rentals, and that is included in rental pricing. If you would like us to return to take down balloon installs, we will do so for a strike fee. This will need to be added to your invoice when you book your custom install.

Balloons are yours to keep! Any rentals belong to How About Balloons, and we will return to get all rentals and stands at a specific scheduled time.

We always recommending giving as much notice as possible. Two weeks is standard for custom installs, but GRAB AND GO GARLANDS can be booked 72 hours out. Our calendar is booked on a first come first served basis, so the sooner you reserve your time the more likely you we are to be available.

When your custom install is completed, we take a final photograph. After this, we are no longer responsible for popped, lost, or stolen balloons. However, if we pop a balloon during installation or delivery, we will replace it and complete your install.
